April 15, 2021, Norwalk CT – IDOC IDOC has announced the addition of IDOC HR Now, a comprehensive HR management service, to their list of inclusive member benefits. IDOC HR Now, powered by ThinkHR, offers unlimited on-demand access to legal forms, standardized templates and HR experts fully qualified to address topics that include FMLA, COVID-19, investigations, wages, workers comp, employee handbook, and legal and state-specific compliance requirements. More than 150+ IDOC members have rapidly adopted the new IDOC HR Now service since its introduction on April 5th. This participation level shows how critical this need is for practices.

Additionally, IDOC Select and Advisor members can use the new service in conjunction with IDOC HR Consulting Services, which provide one-one-one sessions with IDOC’s industry-leading human resources experts and administrators. Customized for each member practice, IDOC HR consulting advice focuses on successful recruiting, hiring and employee development.

Development of the new IDOC HR Now platform was based on accumulated member feedback from a pilot program conducted in 2020.
