January 11, 2022, Norwalk CT – IDOCs pleased to announce the addition of two outstanding Keynote speakers to the agenda of their upcoming national conference, The Connection 2022, hosted February 24-26 in Orlando, FL. The three-day event will return to a live and in-person format this year after being held on a virtual platform in 2021. The conference theme, “Inspiring Innovation,” will provide new insight into the critical role of business innovation in private practice success. Supporting this theme with Keynote sessions are leading speakers and innovators Tiffany Lanier and Amy Jo Martin.
On Thursday, February 24, Tiffany Lanier, speaker, wellness advocate, and founder of The Morning Shift Co., will present “Own Your Shift: Turn Your Season of Change Into Your Season of Possibility,” where she will inspire attendees to create conscious shifts in how they show up in their lives, leadership, and careers. Multiple tracks will focus on individual roles and responsibilities, and specialized staff training and networking opportunities will be available throughout the event.
