July 2, 2025 — Norwalk, CT – IDOC, a leading alliance dedicated to the success of independent optometry, announces the return of its exclusive one-day business development workshop: Vision Forward. Set to take place in Dallas, TX and Denver, CO across two separate months, these events are designed to provide independent optometrists with an opportunity to focus on business planning.

With only 40 seats available for ODs and 20 spots for bonus optical staff training per city, Vision Forward is designed to be both immersive and highly collaborative, connecting attendees with industry experts, peer support, and tangible strategies they can implement immediately.

• Smarter Progressive Choices - Featuring insights from optical lab professionals, this session explores new lens technologies and guides ODs in selecting product offerings that improve both patient outcomes and profitability.

In addition to the three core sessions, IDOC is offering a Bonus Optical Training Session through the return of Quantum Optical’s Pinnacle Program. Designed for new opticians or team members ready to grow, this hands-on training helps reduce remakes, increase second-pair sales, improve staff confidence, and elevate patient satisfaction.
